Please join us for a walk-in clinic from 4pm to 7pm on Friday 28 May 2021. Your second dose will also be at this clinic.

Please wear a face covering and bring proof of your age or employment, like your work ID badge, if you are a frontline health or care worker.

Phoenix Community Centre, 66 Westow St, London, SE19 3AF

Next door to the Sainsburys, which can be used for parking from 15:00-19:00.

40 or over
or an eligible frontline health or social care worker
and haven’t had your first vaccine yet

Please come back for your second dose between 4pm and 7pm on Friday 23 July 2021.
